Ingredients 

  • Chamgadda(500gms) Arbi
  • Green Mirchi-3
  • Curry leaves -20
  • Coriander 
  • Jeera powder
  • Jeera 1/2 Tablespoon 
  • Dry Red Chilli-5
  • Daniya Powder-1/2/Tablespoon
  • Dry coconut 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoon 
  • Salt-1Tablespoon
  • Red Mirchi Powder-1Tablespoon
  • Velvili (Garlic)-10 
  • Chikpeas Senagapappu-Half Tablespoon
  • Minna Pappu (Urad dal) -Half Tablespoon
 Wash the vegetables


* Bring the water to a boil in a large pot and Chamgadda cover with water and add half a tablespoon of salt.
* In a Medium flame cook for 15- 20 Minutes Until forked can easily.
* Transfer the cooked chamgadda to the plate when they have cooled enough to touch and peel the skin.
*Cut the peeled ones into 1/3 even thin silences, cut green chilies, wash the curry leaves, and keep aside.


Kobbari Karam

  • Cut the Dry coconut into too-small pieces.
  • Take a mixer jar and add them into the jar and add Jeera Red chili salt cloves of garlic.
  • Grand it well keeps aside.



Let's Cook 

  • Turn on the stove and add oil fry deep to the kadai.


  • Add the Chamagadda and fry them until golden color.
 
  • Now remove the oil from the kadai leaving only 2Tablespoons of oil.
  • Add jeera Chickpeas Senagapappu Minna Pappu (Urad dal) and fry them for 1 minute.
  • Add Dry red chilies and Green mirchi Curry leaves fry for 3 minutes.

 

  • And Chamgadda Turmeric into the kadai mix it well.


  • Add Mirchi powder jeera powder Daniya powder mix it well. for 5Minutes
  • add Kobbari karam podi into the kadai and mix it well. 
  • Serve with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with Sambar rice and Curd rice or White rice. as aside.
