Traditional and delicious recipe Krincy and crispy KARAM GAVVALU recipe.

especially for kids' snacks and evenings with tea and coffee, travel friendly.

In the south, we used to cook this recipe for a few festivals like Dasara, and Deepavali.





Ingredients

Wheat-1cup

Suji-2tsp 

Maida-2tsp

Oil- (any oil)

salt-1tsp

Chili powder-1tsp

Hing-1/2 pinch 

Let's cook:

  • Take a bowl add Wheat Maida and Suji, salt chili powder, and Hing add heat oil and mix it well.
  • Continuously mix it well with normal water, smooth dough, and close with a wheat towel or napkin.
  • rest it for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes, take half a tsp of oil and apply it to palm to make small balls with the dough.
  • Take Gavvala chekka and apply oil, place a ball into Gavaala chekka and press gently downwards with a tump  finger to form of Gavvalu
  • And Prepare all the balls as the same activity.
  • Take a kadai and heat the oil.
  • One's oils get heat when the stove turns to slow and add Gavvalu into the kadai.
  • Once's oil is released the bobble turn the stove to medium fry for 5 minutes
  • Once gavvalu releases a golden color mix it well.
  • Take a big bowl put tissues remove Gavvalu from oil and turn off the stove.
  •  Remove tissues from the bowl Take a pinch of salt and chili powder add it and snake it well.
  • And Ready with hot tea, as an evening snack.
  • You can store it in a jar for 20 days and close the tight lid.
