$oya chunks are made from defatted soya flour, a byproduct of soybean oil extraction, Soya chunks are popular in vegetarian and vegan diets due to their high protein content.
They can be included in various meals, such as salads, stir-fries, or protein shakes to help, meet daily protein.
Ingredients
soya chunks 1-cup
Oil-1tsp
salt-1tsp
dry chili 5
curry leaves-10
red chili powder-half spoon
Turmeric powder-half spoon
Coriander
Split chickpeas-half spoon
Urad dal-half spoon
Jeera powder-half spoon
Daniya powder-half spoon.
Let's Cook
1. Boil the water in a big bowl for 5mins one's water is boiled, add soya turn off the stove, and keep a side for 5mins.
2. Drain water and squeeze and dry the soya.
3, Take a Flat pan and add oil Once it gets heated add jeera start splitting, and fry on slow flame. Split chickpeas, Urad dal, curry leaves, and dry red chili and turmeric powder.
4. Add soya into the pan and mix it for 1 minute add 1 small spoon of salt.6. Turn on the stove to medium, pan move the flame to shallow fry.
7. turn off the stove Transfer into the serving bowl and add fresh chopped coriander.
8. Serve Side soya with jeera rice, sambar rice, and pulka curd rice.
