Ingredients

  • Egg 5
  • onion 1(big size)
  • Green Chili 5
  • Curry leaves 5
  • Coriander
  • salt-1tsp(small)
  • red chili powder-1tsp(small)
  • oil-1-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1tsp(small)
  • Jeera powder-1tsp(small)
  • Dhaniya powder-1tsp(small)

Boiled Eggs
  • Take a bowl and add 500ml of water to turn on the stove.
  • Take the eggs wash them and add them to the water Let boil with medium flame and add a pinch of salt. 
Chopping the Veggies 
  • Take a big onion Chop them into small pieces.
  • chop the green chillis and coriander keep a side.


  • Take a Kadai turn on the stove once the kadai gets heated.
  • add the oil ones het it adds chopped green chili and onions.
  • fry them for 3 minutes and add turmeric powder.
  • Now take a boiled egg peel them cut them into which ever shape you want and add them to the kadai.
  • Now add salt and red chili powder dandiya powder, and jeera powder.


  • Mix all masalas and let's observe the eggs, fry them for 5minutes with medium flame.
  • Now turn off the stove the shift to the curry into the serving bowl and freshly chopped coriander.
  • Served with roti and white rice.
