- Palli-1cup
- salt-1tablespoon
- Red chili powder -1tablespoon
- Curry leaves 15
- Green Mirchi
- Oil (Deep fry)
- Small Onion 1
- Mustard seeds (Half tablespoon)
- Jeera (Half tablespoon)
*Wash the lady's finger and dry it or clean it with a cotton napkin it. make sure completely dry.
*Chop the veggies into small pieces 1/4 size, chop Onion and green chili into small pieces.
- Now take a pan and heat it add oil for deep fry.
- Once's oil gets heated add chopped veggies.
- Once's they fired they become color change gets crispy.
- In the same pan fry Peanuts green chillis and curry leaves with medium flame.
- Nor drain the excess oil from veggies and keep aside.
- Now remove the oil from the pan and expect 1tablespoon for a curry.
- Heat the oil and add jeera Mustard seeds after 1 minute add onion and fry them.
- Now add Lady finger and peanuts green chili curry leaves Turmeric powder salt and chili powder,
- Mix them well with a slow flame and don't close the lid.
- after 5 minutes turn off the stove and shift to the serving bowl.
- Can be served with white rice and roti or can serve as a side dish Sambar rice or Curd rice.
