  1. Panner-1
  2. Corn-1 Cup
  3. Paneer-1 Cup
  4. Salt- 1/4 Tablespoon
  5. Black Peper -1/4 Tablespoon
  6. Red Mirchi Powder-1/4 Tablespoon
  7. Turmeric powder-pinch 
  8. Homemade curd -1 Tablespoon
  9. Kaju -10 (Cashew's)
  10. Butter or Ghee-1Tablespoon
*Chopp the veggies and paneer into small Pieces


Bolling the veggies
 

  • In a pan insert or steam basket or Microwave.
  • Fill a medium pan with around 3Inches of water and bring the boil
  •  add the veggies cover and cook until the tender duration is 7 minutes
  • In the Microwave put the veggies in a bowl and add 30ml of water.
  • Let it cook for a set timer for 5 minutes.
  • After Bolling the veggie keep aside.
Marination process




*Mix all ingredients paneer Cubes and curd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper mix well and absorb all ingredients with paneer.


*If you have time marinate the paneer cubes for half an hour it gives soft statures to the pieces.

Fry the Paneer Cubes
* Take a pan I'm using and apply the ghee or Butter to the pan evenly.
*Place the paneer cubes into the pan and fry them for four sides.



*Also add Kaju (Cashews) after the paneer changes the color. and gets crispy and soft.
* Now add the veggies corn and carrot into the pan.


* Fry them for 5 minutes and serve in a bowl simply squeeze fresh lemon over the skewer and enjoy.
* Can serve this dish as a dinner and morning breakfast ever can-do gym for the best meal.
*Can also serve for kids' lunch boxes and evening snakes
