Sprouts & Veggies salad
Sprouts Veggies Salad is very good for healthy veggies that taste so good and don't take much to make them into a delicious meal, color mixed veggies, especially in summer perfect meals
When you want to add more plant-based meals to your diet are simply looking to change up your salad.
Generally, green salads don't have to be boring, and these recipes are perfect, can add more veggies and nuts.
Can serve those who are looking for a weight loss journey very, it contains fiber easy to the digestive system and can also serve kids as a snack.
Ingredients
*Green Gram-1Cup (Moong dal, pearls)
*Sweet Corn-Half Cup
*Carrot-1
*Black pepper powder- a pinch
*Salt-a pinch
*Ononin-small
*Beetroot (Small piece)
*Coriander
Let's make sprouts
- Wash the Moong dal at least twice with normal water.
- Soak the Moong dal completely immersed in water for 10 to 11 Hours.
- When you take a bite, it feels good to eat.
- This stage, drain the water. (Don't waste this soaked water on plants because few nutrients are there in water it is good for plants to grow)
- Take a wet muslin cloth and sprinkle some normal water.
- place the muslin cloth with the soaked grains in a bowl and cover it lightly with a lid so there is air Circulation.
- when you notice the muslin cloth dry, sprinkle some water on the cloth, so there is continuous moisture in the cloth.
- The process of sprouting will take at least 12 hours based on the grain size.
- Once you notice the grains have sprouted, transfer them to a storage container it is store them in the refrigerator for about a week, and use them as desired.
Chopping
*Peel the Onions' and carrots and chop them into small cubes.
*Peel the beetroot and clean it grate carrots with a grater.
Bolling process
- In a pan insert or steam basket or Microwave.
- Fill a medium pan with around 3Inches of water and bring the boil
- add the veggies cover and cook until the tender duration is 7 minutes
- In the Microwave put the veggies in a bowl and add 30ml of water.
- Let it cook for a set timer for 5 minutes.
- After Bolling the veggie keep aside.
- In a large bowl add Sprouts Boiled corn and carrot, Beetroot.
2. add a pinch of salt, Peper mix them well.
