Let's make tasty curry
Ingredients
- Thotakura 5 Bunches
- Soya Chunks-1 Cup
- Salt-1Tablespoon (Small size)
- Red Chili powder
- Green Chilies 5
- Curry leaves-10
- Jeera-1Tablespoon
- Garlics-5
- Oils-2tablespoon
- Onion-1
- Turmeric powder Half a spoon
- Daniya powder Half a spoon
- Urdal dal- Half a spoon
- Chenagapappau half a spoon
Washing The Thotakura
- Green vegetable always soaks with rock salt for 10 minutes after that wash at least 3 times and transfer net bowl to release the water.
Soya chunks Bolling
- Take a big size of the bowl and add 300Ml of water boil for 5 minutes with medium flame and add soya chunks into the bowl.
- cook for more than 5 minutes and turn off the stove, take one more bowl and add 300ml of normal water transfer the chunks to the bowl, and leave for 10 minutes.
- Press and squeeze the chunks really well to remove all the extra water the chunks have absorbed Keep aside.
- Finley Chopp the Onion into a small cube and Green Mirchi them into 1/4.
- Crush-5 Garlic gloves.
Cooking Process
- Take a kadai add oil (I'm adding sunflower oil) and heat it keep heat to medium flame.
- add soya chunks and fry for 5 minutes keep mixing continuously.
- One's Soya chunks started changing the color and became Krispy.
- Same Kadai add 2Tablespoon of Oil heat it and add jeera starts pop up, Minna Papu chenagappau.
- add green mirchi onion curry leaves and 1/4 of Turmeric powder and fry them for 2 minutes on a low medium flame.
- One's onions get a golden color add Thotakura into the kadai Mix it well.
- Cook them for 5 minutes without closing the lid generally green vegetables release water so do not close.
- Add soya chunks with 2tablespoon of freshly chopped and salt mix them well.
- After adding soya chunks cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add Red Mirchi powder and Daniya powder Mix it well and cook them for more 5Minutes.
- One's Soya chunks cook Krispy and turn off the stove.
- Can transfer into a mixed serving bowl.
