Makka Atukulu
Makka atukulu made of corn is very healthy improves eye health, protects the heart and moderately affects blood sugar.
It's an easy-to-snack recipe that can be made in a few minutes, especially for school kids' snacks and evenings with tea and coffee.
One of my Neighbors has shown me this recipe they are from "Nizamabad" a very famous in "Nizamabad".
Ingredients
Makka atukulu-1cup
peanuts -1/4
Roasted chana-1/4
Salt 1/4 spoon
chili powder 1-tsp
Curry leaves-10
dry mirchi-5
oil-1tsp
Cooking Process:
- Take a big size of kadai it's easy to mix well.
- Once the kadi is heated add 1tps oil, peanuts, and Roasted chana (putnalu) both come into a brown color.
- And add Dry Mirchi cook 1minutue and add curry leaves wait once the curry leaves get crispy.
- add salt mirchi immediately and add Makka atukulu into the kadai.
- Mix it well with a low flame.
