Dondakaya Jeera fry /ivy Gourd

Ingredients
1.Dondakaya (half kg)
2. jeera 1tsp
3.salt-1-taps
4. Red chili powder-1tsp
5.oil-2tsp
6. curry leaves-10
7. coriander-half cup
8. Minnapapu-half spoon
9. Chenagapapu-half spoon
10.Garlics-10
11. Green Chillies-2
Cleaning vegetable
- Take a big bowl add dondakaya and soak for 10 minutes (optional) clean it.
- Take another bowl and clean the coriander and curry leaves, green chillis keep it as a side.
- Chop the dondakaya whatever shape you like, and coriander, and green chillis keep aside.
Let's start the cooking process
- Take a flat think pan turn on the stove and heat it, add jeelakara and fry them for 3mins with a slow flame
- Now take garlic and remove the peel and Indian spices grinder add them into garlic and jeelaraka.
- Make them as a powder, keep them aside.
- Same pans add oil heat it and green chilies and curry leaves fry them for 2 minutes.
- now add dondakaya mix it well for 5 minutes without the lid.
- add salt again mix it well for 5 minutes with low flame.
- Now add red chili powder and fry them for 5 minutes
- add garlic and jeelakara paste mix it well and with slow flame.
- don't close the lid fry them without the lid and cook until get crispy.
- Turn off the stove and serve in the bowl, add coriander.
