SUSHEELA/UGGANI/MURMURA

 

This spicy UGGANI is a trendy tasty and healthy breakfast and snack recipe for quick food.



Ingredients 
  • 2Cups Murmura
  • Jeera 1TableSpoon
  • Salt-1/2 Tablespoon 
  • Curry leaves-10
  • Peanuts-2 Tablespoon
  • Kaju-2 Tablespoon
  • Lemon-1
  • Red Chili powder 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 
  • Green mirchi-5
  • Onion (optional)
  •  Roasted chana powder 
  • Coriander 
  • Oil-1Tablespoon
Let's Cook 
  • Take a bowl and add water wash the Murmura twice 
  • In the same bowl soak it for Murmura for One minute.
  • Transfer the soaked and drain into the bowl keep aside.

  • Turn on the stove and heat the pan add oil and heat it.
  • add Jeera and let them pop up add Peanuts and Kaju cook them for 1 minute.
  • Now add freshly chopped green chilies and curry leaves coriander.
  • Add Red chili powder and salt turmeric powder. fry them well and get a light golden color.


  • Now add Murmura and mix well to absorb the masalas into the murmuras.
  • Close the lid for 2 minutes remove the lid and add half fresh lemon juice
  • Can add Roasted chana powder into the kadai and mix it well for more than One Minute.



  • Serve with Lemon and Onion or Bujjiya sav. 
  • Can serve as a breakfast and evening as a Snack with teatime.
  • This recipe can be made as a lunch box.
