Drumsticks Soup/Munakkaya Soup

 

Drumsticks are high in proteins fats vitamins A and E minerals like potassium calcium iron food.

Drumsticks leaves are also very healthy. can make so many dishes. can include this veggie in non-veg and seafood.

Let's make healthy and tasty high-iron-rich soup 

Ingredients

  • Drumsticks -5(pieces)
  • Red split 2(spoons)
  • salt 1/2 spoon
  • small tomato -1
  • small Onion -1
  • Peper-2
  • Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  • Small pieces of ginger 
Soaking process (Process)
*Take a small bowl and add red split dal wash it 2 times and add 80ml of water soak it for 30 minutes.

Cooking Process 
*Take a pressure cook and peal the drumsticks, chop them, and wash them like onion tomato ginger, and pepper.



             *Now add water 120ml of water and salt turmeric powder.



 *Turn on the stove and take 2whissle with medium flame, after 2whissle off the stove.
* Wait until air is released from the cooker.
* Take a steel filter and add the mixture to the bowl.


                   *Take a steel Masher and press the mixture until the soup is released




          *Now the soup is ready take the serving bowl and add them.
 



*Can serve soup one day for babies to old ones, especially on rainy reason and suffering from cold.
* it's an iron-rich soup it's very good for bones.
