 Pudina Rice

Healthy and tasty mint rice made with fresh pudina rice quick recipe epically for lunch boxes and a simple meal for dinner and is travel-friendly.



Ingredients

Rice-1cup

Pudina-1cup

coriander-half cup

Jeera-half spoon

curry leaves-10

Green mirchi-5

Kaju-10

Ghee-2ttsp

Garlics-5

Let's cook 

  • Wash the rice if you have time soak the rice for 2 minutes.
  • Take a pressure cooker and rice take 2whistles in medium flame.
  •  fresh Mint leaves 5min soak them in the water and add 1 tsp salt.
  • Mint removes from water and dries it.
  • Take a small blender and add mint, jeera green chili, garlic-5, salt, and blend to smooth paste.
  • Take a pan or (kadai) heat it add ghee fry the Kaju until gets a golden color, remove, and keep it side.
  • In the same Pan add curry leaves and Mint paste let it cook for more than 5 minutes on slow flame.
  • One's ghee released from the paste.
  • Add the rice into the pan mix it well, take a serving boil add Kaju.
