Healthy snacks 

Sprouts are very healthy and tasty snacks; they are rich in nutrition and fiber eating them can improve the digestive system and sugar levels control. and we can cook many ways of meals.

Can serve as a kid's snack and evening snack, and also as a diet food. we can include some freshly chopped green veggies. 

palak and Methi.






INGREDIENTS

½ cup sprouted white peas (Marta), boiled ½ cup sprouted brown chana, boiled ½ cup sprouted green chana, boiled 2 tbsps. fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste, Peper powder ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp cumin powder Oil to shallow fry ½ cup rice flour

PREPARATION

* Chop coriander leaves finely and place in a bowl. Add white peas, brown chana, green chana, salt, and mash with a potato masher. * Add red chili powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder and mix. * Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. *Shape the mixture into small cutlets, roll them in rice flour, and place in the pan to shallow fry. When the underside is done, flip over and cook till both sides are evenly golden.

*Can cook also in the air fryer

*Culets can serve vegetable salat also like cabbage, carrot, cucumber spring ononin.

* If anyone is on a diet they can have this culet with veggies salad.

SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
