PUDINA PACHADI/MINT CHUTNEY

Ingredients
- Mint leaves Bunches 2
- salt 1/2
- Green chilies 15
- curry leaves-10
- Dry Red chilli-5
- Tamarind (lemon size)
- Turmeric powder1/4
- Teaspoon oil-1tablespoon
- Jeera-1/4 spoon
- Mustard seeds 1/4
- Minnapappu/14 tablespoon
- Chenagapappu 1/4
- Coriander half-cup
- oil-1tsp
- Tomato's 2
Soaking Process:
- Take a small bowl and add tamarind wash it well add 40ml of water and soak.
- Heat a pan and add green mirchi and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
- Add mint leaves to the same and fry them on medium flame.
- Now take a Mixer jar and add the mixture and salt Tamarind juice and a pinch of jeera.
- Grand it well for rough paste.
- Take small and add oil heat it now add jeera mustard seeds
- Minnapappu/14 tablespoons, chenagapappu 1/4 tablespoons.
- Curr leaves dry red mirchi(optional) add thalimpu into the mint paste
- Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix it well, and it is ready to serve.
- Can be served with hot white rice with ghee, Dosa, Idly, Neer dosa, Uthappam.
