PUDINA PACHADI/MINT CHUTNEY

 Pudina leaves help the body feel much better healthier and stronger.

Pudina chutney is simple and easily made with fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves Bunches 2
  • salt 1/2 
  • Green chilies 15
  • curry leaves-10
  • Dry Red chilli-5
  • Tamarind (lemon size)
  • Turmeric powder1/4
  • Teaspoon oil-1tablespoon
  • Jeera-1/4 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1/4
  • Minnapappu/14 tablespoon 
  • Chenagapappu 1/4
  • Coriander half-cup
  • oil-1tsp  
  • Tomato's 2
Soaking Process:
  • Take a small bowl and add tamarind wash it well add 40ml of water and soak.
Cooking process:
  • Heat a pan and add green mirchi and tomatoes for 2 minutes.

  • Add mint leaves to the same and fry them on medium flame.


  • Now take a Mixer jar and add the mixture and salt Tamarind juice and a pinch of jeera.
  • Grand it well for rough paste.



  • Take small and add oil heat it now add jeera mustard seeds 
  • Minnapappu/14 tablespoons, chenagapappu 1/4 tablespoons.
  • Curr leaves dry red mirchi(optional) add thalimpu into the mint paste






  • Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix it well, and it is ready to serve.
  • Can be served with hot white rice with ghee, Dosa, Idly, Neer dosa, Uthappam.
