Corn (Maize) is the most popular cereal in the world. And can make many recipes

In South India, there are many dishes like corn soups. corn-fired rice,

corn chili. corn vada. crispy corn, corn cheese balls, corn chat. Masala corn, 

corn pakoda, corn salad. corn patties, buttered corn, corn sandwich, sweet corn kheer, sweet corn kebab.





Ingredients
  • Corn -1cup cobs 2
  • salt -half spoon
  • green mirchi-5
  • curry leaves-10
  • jeera-half spoon
  • Oil for deep fry 
  • Ginger -small brick 
  1.  take the corn cobs remove the kernels from the corn keep them aside.
  2. Take a mixing jar and add green chili and salt jeera, gingerly make the paste.
  3. add corn now again to the jar and make some rough paste.
  4. Shift them into the bowl and add Freshly washed curry leaves.



5. Mix corn paste for 2mins make it as a fine paste.



6. Turn on the stove and take a kadai one gets heat add oil wait for 5 minutes.
7. Take a corn paste and make small balls with wet hands and flatten them by making like a vada, (if you want to make a hole that you wish) simply pressing.
8. One's oil gets heated it slowly leaves the patties to kadai with medium flame.
9. turn into low flame now fly them until they get gold brown color.
10. Take a serving plate and add tissue to remove extra oil.
11. Can serve with Tomato checkup



12. with the same corn paste mixture can make small pakoda.
