Kakarakaya podi/Bitter gourd

They can make so many dishes and bitter gourds, such as bitter gourd curry, powder, masala curry, and juices.
Let's make spicy and tasty healthy Podi
Ingredients
- Bitter gourd /Karakaya 250 gms
- Dry coconut 1(Big Size)
- salt-1tablespoon
- Red chili powder-2 tablespoon
- Jeera-1tablespoon
- Curry leaves bunch
- Garlics-15 Cloves
- Oil (Speed fry)
- Turmeric powder (Half tablespoon)
- Wash the bitter gourd and dry it making sure should dry completely.
- Cut circles Pices add salt and turmeric and continue pressing the bitter gourd to release the water.
- remove the water and keep a side of bitter gourd.
Let's make Podi Grinding
- Take a mixing jar and add Coconut (Chopped small pieces) jeera salt chill powder, and Garlic cloves to make them Podi. keep aside.
- Take a kadai and add oil for deep fry heat it
- add bitter gourd pieces and fry until gets a gold color with medium flame.
- same kadi fry Freshley curry leaves for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and add them into a big bowl.
- Now add coconut Podi into the bowl.
- Mix them well once completely cool down can store them in a Glass jar for 15 days.
- Can be served with Hot white rice with Ghee and as a side dish with Sambar rice and curd rice.
