 Carrot Suji🥕

Rich in Nutrients: carrot is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, K, and several B vitamins, fiber, and potassium.

Eye and immune support, Heart, skin, and weight for babies.

Once you introduce solids to the baby after 6months+ this is one of the best meals and is very tasty.

Ingredients

Carrot-half cup
Ghee-half spoon
Rava-1tsp
water-1-cup
Dry Dates powder(optional)



Preparation

  • Peal the carrots cut into small pieces, take a pan and add 1 cup of water once boiled.
  • Add carrot into the water cook it for 10 mins with medium flame.
  • Take a Mixer jar add boiled carrot into the jar and grind it. 
  • Take a pan and add half a spoon of ghee with a low flame.
  • Roast Suji into a pan mix well, and Suji for 5mins gets turns golden color.
  • In the same pan add carrot pure and mix it well with a slow flame close the lid for 5 minutes.
  • Off the stove mix it one more time, (if required add dry dates powder)
  • Carrot Suji is ready to serve with a pinch of ghee.
  • Babies will love to eat its color full and tasty.
