Ingredients 

>Cucumber/Kheera 1

>Curd 2tsp (Homemade)

>Malai 1tsp (Homemade)

>salt>half tsp 

>Jeera powder half tsp

>Coriander

>Onion (small)

Chopping process

> Wash the cucumber and dry it.

> Before peeling, trim the ends of the cucumber. this makes it more stable during the peeling process.

> Peel the cucumber using a vegetable peeler to run along with edge of the cucumber lengthwise and peel the skin.

> Chop the cucumber into small pieces, and also the onion coriander aside.

>Now take a bowl and add Homemade curd malai, and salt jeera powder into the bowl.
