Soya chunks/Nutrela Nuggets /Meal Maker Aloo Masala

 Meal Maker and Aloo Masala curry is absolutely delicious and tasty and easy to make just like the taste of non-veg

Soya chunks are one of the healthiest and protein-rich in omega-3 and faster muscle-building and metabolism. They are great for bone, hair, and skin health.

They are an excellent source of plant-based protein and are extensively used in Indian meals.  


Ingredients

  • Soya-1 Cup
  • Allo-1
  • Tomato-2
  • Slat-1Tablespoon
  • Red Chili Powder-1Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Coriander-1
  • Curry leaves-1
  • Oil-2Tablespoons
  • Jeera
  • Coconut small pieces 
  • Panats-2Tablespoons 
  • Daniya Powder-1/2 Tablespoon
  • Garam masala-Half tablespoon
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 

  • Soya Chunks 10 minutes soaked in hot water, squeeze out the water Completely.
           if you are using big-size soya chunks soaked for 15 minutes.
  • Wash the Tomato and onions and cut them into small pieces. 

 


  • Heat the pan and fry Peanuts and Coconut pieces.
  • Fry them in a medium flame until they change color and release aroma.
  • keep aside until it gets cooked. 

  • Same pans cook tomatoes and onions.


  • Cook them for 5 minutes on a medium flame and transfer them into a bowl.
  • In the Same pans add 2Tablespoon of oil heat it and add Jeera let it splutter.
  • add curry leaves and chopped potato into the pan and fry them for 2 Minutes
  • Now add turmeric powder, Ginger, and garlic paste and salt and cook them until the potato gets cooked, and soft.


  • Now add Soya chunks into the pan mix them well and close the lid for 2 minutes.


Masala Preparation 
  • Take a mixer jar and add fried coconut peanuts tomato onions.
  • Make them for soft paste don't add any water.
Garam Masala
  • star Anise-1, shah jeera-half spoon, black pepper-3, mace-1cinnamon-small brick, bay leaves-1, Green cardamon-3, cloves-3.
  • take a pan heat it turns to flow flame add all the dry masalas and fry them well gently for 3 minutes.
  • Turn off the stove Once the masalas get cool down, take a mixed jar to make their powder.
  • Now add Red mirchi powder masala into a pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
  • add 200ml hot water to the pan and mix them well.



  • Now add Garam masala and Daniya powder and mix them well.
  • Cook them for 5 minutes until get soya and the potato gets soft.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and transfer into a serving bowl.
  • For special occasions this is the best veg recipe to serve. 

Serve with...
  • Roti, Bagara Rice, Paratha, Jeera Rice, white Rice.
