Potato fry/Aloo fry

 POTATO FRY There is one veggie my favorite aloo fry, all time and quick tasty curry.

I use potatoes with many other vegetables, spices, herbs, and a delicious dish this recipe can be used for lunch, dinner, and kids' boxes.

Can make many recipes many Curries and Snakes.

Ingredients

  1. Aloo-1 (Big Size)
  2. Oil-1 Half Tablespoon
  3. Jeera-c
  4. Dry Red Mirchi-2
  5. Slat-Half Tablespoon
  6. Red Mirchi Powder-Half Tablespoon
  7. Curry leaves-10
  8. Coriander
  9. Urad dal-Half Tablespoon
  10. Chana dal-Half Tablespoon
  11. Daniya Powder-Half Tablespoon
  12. Onion-1(small)
  13. Garlic gloves-5
Let's chop Veggies




  • Chop all the onions and Green mirchi into small cubes.
 


Let's cook with me
    • Heat oil in a pan and add Jera and red dry mirchi Urdal dal Chana dal and let it splutter. 


  • Now add Onions green mirchi and curry leaves and crash crushed cook for 1 minute


.







  • Now Onion gets a brown color and adds Chopp potatoes and mix them well. Cook for more than 5 minutes. add also add salt.
 

  • Add Red Mirchi powder half tablespoon, and Daniya powder. Mix them well.
  • Cook for low-medium flame don't close the lid. fry them until the Potato cooks and gets fried
  • Ready to serve transfer into a bowl.

  • This recipe can be served with many varieties of food Parata, Roti, Puri, Rasam Rice, Naan, and White Rice. Curd Rice
